utilizes IHT to train an athlete's body to breathe more efficiently,
which increases athletic performance and endurance.
Although professional athletes and athletic
teams spend large amounts of time and resources on performance
training, most professional athletes spend little time and
resources on breathing efficiency training.
At
AltiMax we believe that the key to maximum athletic performance
is optimum breathing efficiency.
Over
the last several years, Simulated Altitude Training has exponentially
increased in popularity with professional and competitive
athletes.
It
is currently being used by professional football players,
professional basketball players, professional cyclists, professional
triathletes, etc.
The AltiMax difference is that we are professional
trainers and consultants that work with athletes and professional
athletic teams to individualize training programs that optimize

Each
athlete responds slightly different to the training, and AltiMax

We monitor heart rate and blood oxygen at all times.
Long
and short, AltiMax utilizes simulated altitude training but
does not utilize the “Set IT and Forget It” method
used by most other consulting groups.
